UV inks roller compound

The main chemical composition of UV inks is acrylate resin, which is capable of curing reaction, making cross-linking to dry the ink under the effect of UV light. Acrylate resin is a polarized resin, so the rubber roller based on Nitrile and Nitrile/PVC are limited and hardly used continuously. The new rubber compound has the ability to stabilize hardness, durability, dynamic and dimensional in UV ink environment.
